This policy does not apply to any additional services such as, but not limited to, bandwidth and disk space overage billing, email accounts, domain name registration, Additional IP Addresses SSL Certificates, and WHMCS, cPanel, CloudLinux, or any other software License. Services provided directly by third-party vendors such as eNom, Inc. and New Relic, Inc. are not covered by this policy.
If a domain name registration is associated with the account, upon the cancellation of the web hosting product, the account will be downgraded to Domain Name Registration Only. Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable.
Customers may request their services to be cancelled via the DigitalFyre client portal or our Help desk.
Please be advised that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If your account has a past due balance and you are not eligible for a refund, the DigitalFyre Accounting department will continue collection efforts.
